What we do

Property selling

In this facet of our business, we act as selling agents whereby property owners authorise us to market and sell their property on a commission.

Property letting

This is where we publicise, advertise to source for tenants, vet and stipulate terms and conditions to tenants prior to occupancy to ensure that there is peaceful coexistence, mutual relationship and understanding during the tenancy period for a profitable dealing.

Property Management

This is where the property owner contracts us to carry out daily and routine chores in running the property on their behalf for a fee.

In this regard, our major involvement is but not limited to;

  • Planning tenancies; Negotiate tenancies and rent as per the property owner’s instructions.
  • Preparation of leases and tenancy agreements to the mutual benefit of the tenant and the property owner.
  • Overseeing the timely, effective and efficient implementation of contracted services e.g cleaning, security, garbage collection etc as per the property owners’ instructions.
  • Set deadlines for rent payments, collect rent, prepare rent statements and keep tenancy, rent and utility expenditure records.
  • Institute rent revision according to the law and enhance compliance to the terms and conditions of the lease or tenancy agreement.
  • Advise the property owners on timely payment of government levies, other local government requirements and compliance to public health rules and regulations applicable to the property.
  • Receiving, handling and responding to complaints, compliments and suggestions for the betterment of the property and general conducive business coexistence.
  • In liaison with financial advisors, we advise the property owners on how best to present their property with the aim of benefiting from credit facilities and other benefits from financial institutions.

Expatriate Relocation Services

We partner with Multinational Corporations, International Organisations and Diplomatic missions in sourcing for ideal accommodation for their expatriates relocating to Kenya, both for long term and short term basis.

This involves comprehensive vetting of the property on offer to fit the requirements of the individual member of staff and to guarantee on security, auxiliaries e.g. swimming pool and services availability e.g. water, electricity, internet, public transport, schools, shopping malls, members clubs etc in line with the organisations policies and procedures at an agreed commission.

Land & Topographical Survey

Using latest and state-of-the-art Surveying equipment:

  • Land surveys: mutations, beaconing, titling, General and Fixed Boundary

     Surveys and cadastral surveys. 

  • Engineering surveys: 3Dengineering designs; road/bridge works, pipelines, the X-sectional and  longitudinal profiles and levelling. 
  • Topographical Surveys and Mapping: topographical surveys, map production, contours and 3D i.e.  Longitudinal and cross-section profiles.
